I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean linens and a well-maintained lobby. The hotel facilities were great, especially the large swimming pool where I enjoyed swimming laps every day. The location was perfect, right next to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping centre, making it very central in Chiangmai. It was also conveniently close to the airport and near the North West corner of the moat. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with delicious coffee and a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this large hotel with spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The traditional Thai style gave it a unique appearance. The gym was excellent, recently refurbished to a high standard and fully equipped for weight training and cardio. The staff at the gym were well-mannered and helpful. The hotel's proximity to a small shopping center and a short journey away from the main central plaza shopping center was convenient.
